Better operations. Built for subcontractors.

Dynarc is an operations implementation company for commercial specialty subcontractors. We build custom operational systems built to adapt as your business grows. You have built the clientele, the stream of work, but in order to grow both in revenue and in margins you need to have a work management, and operations system that supports your best talent, makes their lives easier, and in turn they can spend the added time providing expert customer service.

We approach your business as operators, taking ownership of implementation from process mapping through rollout. We design workflows, connect software, and implement AI automation around the realities of your trade. We are not a software sales company. Nor are we software designers that are disconnected from the truth of your industry. We work with what systems you have, improve, document, and optimize.

From a sea of software, we help you determine what earns its place. Keep what works, connect what’s disconnected and build what’s missing. We replace spreadsheet workarounds and manual handoffs with clear processes, defined responsibilities, and useful visibility.

Our mission is to give you a competitive edge through operational excellence: fewer bottlenecks, greater scalability, and less dependence on the owner to move every job forward. Stay as involved as you choose—with the information and controls to step back without losing control.

Meet the founder.

Stephen Nutt | Founder, Dynarc

Stephen brings more than 10 years of commercial construction experience as a finishes contractor. He has worked across estimating, preconstruction operations, project management, and project executive leadership, and has led and executed more than $20 million in sales.

He holds a master’s degree in applied business psychology from the University of Southern California and is certified in SAS Base Programming. That combination of contracting experience, analytical skills, and an understanding of how people work shapes his approach to operational improvement.

Stephen founded Dynarc to help specialty subcontractors build practical systems that strengthen handoffs, improve accountability, and support the people responsible for getting the work done.

From workflow to working system.

Typical implementation: 6-8 weeks.

01 / Trace the job. — 1 week
From bid handoff and buyout through submittals, procurement, change orders, and closeout, we identify where information stalls and work gets repeated.

02 / Scope the system. — 1 week
We map process lanes, responsibilities, and approval limits, then define what to keep, connect, automate, or rebuild.

03 / Build and implement. — 2-3 weeks
We configure workflows, integrate software, and apply AI to repetitive tasks, with clear review points for decisions that affect scope, cost, or commitments.

04 / Put it to work. — 2-3 weeks
We test against real project scenarios, train your team, and refine the system after rollout. When a question needs research, we investigate and report back with a clear recommendation.

Clear scope
and payment terms.

An initial implementation fee covers the agreed scope of workflow design, system configuration, and rollout.

Ongoing monthly service supports maintenance, troubleshooting, and continued improvement.
